Excellent experience working with Everett Buol at the Odana location. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I test drove several vehicles because I was unsure what style I wanted, came back a few times on different days, and I think even test drove the same vehicle twice (to be sure). Everett was communicative, very clear about details of each vehicle (features, pros and cons, as well as warranty coverage and options). I highly recommend working with him as your point-of-contact and I would happily do business there again.

Came in for an oil change and decided to check out new Tellurides, Everett introduced himself and offered assist if needed. He was great to work with, not pushy in any way. The process went smooth and we left in a new car. Everett and Devon were great to work with.
Eric and Cassidy in the service department have stood by us through a few vehicle issues we've experienced in the last several years with a new car we had purchased. Eventhough the vehicle itself was frustrating at times, no fault of theirs, they have worked with us diligently to resolve. They have also offered oil changes and uber to offset our wasted time.

I had good experience with the service department at this dealership recently. Brendan was my service contact. He helped me with a door sensor warranty work. I did have to come back to the dealership a couple of times to get the issue diagnosed and for them to order the parts and get it serviced but Brendan and everyone I've interacted with throughout my visits have been great and friendly. This location does get a LOT of cars serviced so be prepared to wait a little.

I appreciated the individuals we worked with and the questions asked to lead us to the right vehicle. We did end up going over our price range which was not ideal, and we did end not know this until we had gotten to the financial person. It would have been good to know the cost sooner. We still bought it so it worked out. We did end up noticing a potential issue with the car after getting it off the lot.
10/10 on customer service. Antonio was great and was very helpful throughout the whole vehicle transaction.

I want to specifically call out the sales manager involved in our experience, because the lack of professionalism was just as concerning as the condition of the vehicle.
After driving over 2 hours to see a “Certified” vehicle that was in unacceptable condition, not once did the manager apologize for the situation or acknowledge the time we wasted based on how the car was represented. The response was dismissive and filled with excuses instead of accountability.

Zach was straight forward and great to work with. He even went 140 miles to pick up my vehicle himself instead of sending someone else. That's customer service if you ask me! This is my second vehicle from this dealer and I enjoy the experience there.
