Freddy Rangel was incredible to work with. Extremely responsive to all my questions and in a timely manner. I test drove several vehicles because I was unsure what style I wanted, came back a few times on different days, and I think even test drove the same vehicle twice (to be sure). I appreciated the individuals we worked with and the questions asked to lead us to the right vehicle. We did end up going over our price range which was not ideal, and we did end not know this until we had gotten to the financial person. It would have been good to know the cost sooner. We still bought it so it worked out. We did end up noticing a potential issue with the car after getting it off the lot.
