Jonathon was very helpful in showing me several cars. He listened to what I needed as far as the range of what I needed for a car payment. He was patient with me as I was having anxiety on a car purchase. He reassured me and didn't pressure me. I did look at another car, but decided to buy the car from Kia. He was upfront what Kia could do for me. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Kia and Jonathon to anyone that is looking for a car

Wow! Where do I begin? I was searching for cars for days literally in tears with no luck because of my bad credit low down payment availability and negative equity on my trade in, but when I came here sales manager Ryan wondra made it happen for me with payments lower then I was already paying! And the sales associate stoyan (tony) takov he is so sweet and funny he made me feel comfortable while looking for a car and during the waiting process 10/10 definitely recommended!! Please come here before anywhere else saves you so much time!

Jack is awesome and very knowledgeable. In fact, everyone at this dealership is very friendly. We were disappointed, however, that this dealership would not give us a discount for purchasing a second Kia as a returning customer. And, we were insulted with the amount they offered for trade in.

Russ Darrow is trying to charge $10,000 over MSRP now to any customer buying from them. We need to put a stop to this predatory practice. I would also say, this is incredibly short-sighted on the part of a business. They could earn a customer for life or try to take advantage of us for a day. They chose to try to take advantage. My guess is that Russ Darrow won't be in Madison much longer.

These guys should be charged with Consumer Fraud. They sold my son a used 2008 Honda Accord with major mechanical problems. He drove less that 300 hundred miles and the check engine light came on. He had to pay over $5000 for repairs just to make the car run normally. He told them what happened and they said it sucks to be you. They probably lied about why this car was returned w/n a few days by a previous customer. Do not buy any used car from these crooks!

My car has a warranty issue that needs repaired. They told me they’d call when part came in, and it’d be a few hour job. After 2 weeks I heard nothing so I called. Part was in and no one told me, but then was told only some of the part pieces were in. They also told me it’d be a multiple day job. Very different from what I was initially told. They told me they’d call when all parts are in. That was over a month ago and I’ve called twice for updates. I was told I’d hear by last Friday and nothing.

Had my vehicle for over 2 months.
Had my vehicle for over 2 months. First told me I needed a new hybrid battery and once I questioned that because this would be the 3rd hybrid battery on a vehicle with 160,000 miles and I though that was ridiculous they said I needed to approve more labor time for further diagnostic tests. $700 later they said it was a $35 fuse. Talk about being rung through the wringer. Communication was terrible.
