He was patient with me as I was having anxiety on a car purchase. He reassured me and didn't pressure me. I did look at another car, but decided to buy the car from Kia. Wow! Where do I begin? I was searching for cars for days literally in tears with no luck because of my bad credit low down payment availability and negative equity on my trade in, but when I came here sales manager Ryan wondra made it happen for me with payments lower then I was already paying! And the sales associate stoyan (tony) takov he is so sweet and funny he made me feel comfortable while looking for a car and during the waiting process 10/10 definitely recommended!! Please come here before anywhere else saves you so much time!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience leasing a new 2025 Kia Sportage plug-in hybrid X line. The whole process was seamless. Caleb Jenkins especially did a fantastic job as our sales rep. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to work with. 10/10 The one critique I have about the process is that Ross Darrow automatically added the Zilon and diamond extra packages raising the price of the vehicle by $2000. There was apparently no way to opt out of those. Overall, very happy with our experience.

The service advisor was pleasant and easy to talk to. The tech shared a video of the inspection. I’d love a more thorough video of some of the other things like fluids, exhaust, transmission, etc. The work took a bit longer than I’d expected as we thought it’d be about 1 hour and it was more like 2. They recently hired a gal who worked as a service advisor at Rosen where I was going before, and she was always very cordial and helpful there. I’m glad to see RDK pulled her over to join the team. You got a good one!

Had my vehicle for over 2 months.
Had my vehicle for over 2 months. First told me I needed a new hybrid battery and once I questioned that because this would be the 3rd hybrid battery on a vehicle with 160,000 miles and I though that was ridiculous they said I needed to approve more labor time for further diagnostic tests. $700 later they said it was a $35 fuse. Talk about being rung through the wringer. Communication was terrible.
