I was very disappointed in having to wait 3 days before I got my car back. I know this Kia dealer was busy, but a daily call about the status on my car would have been nice. They did provide a Lyft ride home, but the driver did not speak or understand English! This made me feel very uncomfortable. I have always brought my car to the Kia dealer for service and received good care, but this last time was very stressful for me.

Jack is awesome and very knowledgeable. In fact, everyone at this dealership is very friendly. We were disappointed, however, that this dealership would not give us a discount for purchasing a second Kia as a returning customer. And, we were insulted with the amount they offered for trade in.
I purchased a 2026 KIA Sportage at Van Horn in Stoughton. After several oil changes, I noticed the oil light came on. I took it to directly to Russ Darrow KIA of Madison and they performed an inspection for possible causes. They uncovered a potential problem and Joe worked with me to make a claim on my warranty. He was friendly and very professional. Working with him was a great experience. He worked with the warranty company and resolved the issue in the best possible way. I will remember him always. Smooth, clean, friendly, just a bit pricey I was impressed with the warm welcome from arrival. The time they quoted was less than i waited. The complementary drinks and clean waiting room made wait not so bad. Only room for improvement is keeping prices down. 150 for oil change and tire rotation is a bit pricey.
I have not had any problems when I've had to bring my car in for work. The employes are nice and they fix what need fixing. If I need any other work done they will come and let me know. They will ask if I want it done now or later. So far so good. Thank you

I went to the service center for an oil change. It was fast and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. And in the end my car was washed. I will definitely use the service center again.
